Orders in CRM
How a chat order arrives in Bitrix24 as a lead or a deal, and what to decide before connecting it.
If you run sales in a CRM, an order from a chat should not stay in a separate panel. The Bitrix24 app passes it into your pipeline.
What arrives in the CRM
- The order line items.
- The customer contact: name and phone from the conversation.
- A timeline comment with the context of the request.
Bitrix24 assigns the owner according to your own pipeline rules.
What to decide in advance
Lead or deal. A lead fits if requests go through qualification. A deal fits if a chat order already counts as a sale.
Stage and source. Chat orders are worth separating from other sources, otherwise per-channel conversion cannot be measured.
Who handles them. Orders from messengers move at a different pace: the customer expects an answer in minutes, not days.
Direction of exchange
Data travels one way only — from EzguSavdo into Bitrix24. The app never changes or deletes anything it did not create, so connecting it is safe for your existing database.
What it requires
A Bitrix24 plan with REST API access and an active Marketplace subscription or its trial period. The full description, install steps and contacts are on the Bitrix24 app page.
If your CRM is different, an exchange is possible via Open API — scoped per project.
