A dialog is one conversation between a customer and the bot within the billing period, regardless of how many messages it contains. We do not count each message separately.
What happens if I exceed the dialog limit? expand_more
The bot keeps running. Extra dialogs are billed at a soft rate, or you move to a higher plan — we will suggest what is best.
Do I need a card for the trial? expand_more
No. The 14-day Pro trial needs no card. After the trial the store moves to Free automatically unless you pick a paid plan.
