If the official UZS/USD rate moves by more than 10%, we may adjust the soum price by up to 25% of that move, with 30 days' notice (Offer, clause 6.4). Outside Uzbekistan? Pay per dialog, not per message
A dialog is the AI seller talking to one customer within a calendar month, however many messages it takes and whichever channel it runs in. One buyer who writes to you on both Telegram and Instagram is one dialog, not two.
What happens when the allowance runs out
Your choice, switched in the cabinet. Suspension — the AI seller stops until the next month begins; this is the default. Pay for extra dialogs — the bot keeps working, and each dialog above the allowance is charged at the overuse rate and appears on next month's invoice.
We warn you in the cabinet when 80% of the allowance is used, and again when the overuse amount catches up with your plan fee — past that point, moving up a plan is usually cheaper than paying per dialog.
- All prices are in Uzbek soum and exclude VAT: EZGUPRO LLC is an IT Park Uzbekistan resident and is not a VAT payer.
- Payment is 100% in advance for the billing month. Unused dialogs do not carry over to the next month and are not refundable.
- Annual billing: Starter −20%, Pro & Business −25%.
- We give at least 3 months' notice of any change to prices or the overuse rate, and change them no more than once every 6 months. A period already paid for is never repriced.
- Price list redaction of 15 September 2026. The redaction applied to an invoice is the one published on the date the invoice is issued.

What counts as one dialog? expand_more
A dialog is the AI seller talking to one customer within one calendar month, regardless of how many messages it contains and regardless of the channel. Individual messages are not billed, and the same buyer writing in two channels counts as one dialog.
What happens if I exceed the dialog limit? expand_more
It depends on what you chose in the cabinet. The default is suspension: the AI seller stops until the next billing month begins. If you enable payment for extra dialogs, the bot keeps working and each dialog above the allowance is charged at the overuse rate and included in next month's invoice. We send a warning at 80% of the allowance.
Do I need a card for the trial? expand_more
No. The 14-day Pro trial needs no card. After the trial the store moves to Free automatically unless you pick a paid plan.
Can I change plan any time? expand_more
Yes. You can switch plans at any time from the admin panel — limits and features update instantly. A new price never applies to a billing period you have already paid for.
Do the prices include VAT? expand_more
They exclude VAT. EZGUPRO LLC is an IT Park Uzbekistan resident and, as at the date of publication, is not a value added tax payer. Should that obligation arise, we will notify you in the cabinet at least 10 calendar days in advance.
Can prices change after I sign up? expand_more
They can, but not abruptly: we notify changes to the price and the overuse rate in the cabinet and by email at least 3 months in advance, and do so no more than once every 6 months. Periods already paid for are not repriced, and if you disagree you may terminate the agreement before the change takes effect.
