Refund policy

Refunds and subscription cancellation — EzguSavdo service (EZGUPRO LLC)

history_edu Redaction of 29 July 2026.

This is a translation provided for convenience. The legally binding redaction is the Russian one, published at ezgusavdo.uz/ru/legal/refund. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian text prevails.

This Policy forms an integral part of the Public Offer and sets out the procedure for cancelling a subscription and obtaining a refund for the Services of the EzguSavdo service.

1. General provisions

1.1. EzguSavdo Services consist of providing access to a software service (a digital service) and are provided remotely.

1.2. Paid access to the Service is deemed granted (the Service is deemed to have commenced) from the moment the Plan is activated in the Customer’s Dashboard.

1.3. This Policy applies to all paid Plans. The Free plan is neither charged for nor refundable.

2. Cancelling a subscription

2.1. The Customer may at any time cancel automatic subscription renewal in the Dashboard or by sending a request to i@ezgupro.uz.

2.2. When renewal is cancelled, access to the paid features is retained until the end of the current paid billing period. After it ends, access to the paid features is suspended, and funds for a period that has already begun are not refunded, unless section 3 provides otherwise.

2.3. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete the Customer’s data. Data retention and deletion are governed by the Privacy Policy.

3. Refund conditions

3.1. Refund where the Services cannot technically be provided. If the Service was not provided due to the Provider’s fault (the service was not activated, or access is technically impossible for reasons outside the Customer’s control), the Customer is refunded the full price of the paid but unprovided period.

3.2. Refund for an unused period. If the Customer paid for a period in advance (for example, several months) and requests a refund before the paid term ends, a refund is made for whole unused billing periods (months) following the current one. The current, already commenced billing period is not refundable.

3.3. Refund for the current period. The price of the current billing period, during which the Customer has already used the Service, is not refundable, since the service of providing access is deemed rendered. The Provider may, at its discretion, make a partial (pro-rated) refund in exceptional cases.

3.4. Non-refundable cases. No refund is made if:

  • the Agreement was terminated by the Provider due to the Customer’s breach of the Offer (using the Service for spam, unlawful activity, etc.);
  • the claim relates solely to a commercial outcome not being achieved (sales volume, conversion), since it depends on factors beyond the Provider’s control;
  • the unavailability of the Service was caused by failures or changes on the side of third-party platforms (Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp, LLM providers) or by force majeure.

4. How to request a refund

4.1. To obtain a refund, the Customer sends an application to i@ezgupro.uz stating:

  • the name (full name) and details of the payer;
  • the date and amount of the payment;
  • the reason for the request.

4.2. The Provider reviews the application within 10 (ten) business days and notifies the Customer of the outcome.

4.3. If the decision is positive, the refund is made by the same method used for payment (to the card/account from which the payment came) within 15 (fifteen) business days of the decision. Crediting times also depend on the payment system and the issuing bank.

4.4. A refund is accompanied by a refund fiscal receipt issued through a Fiscal Data Operator in accordance with the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
