Connecting Telegram Business

How the AI replies from your personal account, and how to keep working hours for yourself and give nights to the bot.

Many stores sell from a personal account rather than a bot: customers write wherever they found the contact. Business mode lets you attach the AI to exactly that inbox.

What you need

Telegram Premium with Business mode enabled. That is a Telegram requirement, not ours.

Setup order

Enable Business mode in your Telegram settings.
In the business settings, open Chatbots and connect the EzguSavdo bot.
In the panel, set the AI working hours and the handover rules.

What the customer sees

They write to the same chat as before and get an answer from your account. There is no separate bot to find.

What you see

You see the whole conversation and can step in at any moment — the AI yields as soon as a human replies. A common setup: a manager answers during the day, the AI holds the first line at night and on weekends.

Decide this in advance

Define which topics the AI does not take: complaints, bulk orders, individual terms. Those conversations stay in the employee queue together with the chat context.
