How it works technically
Every channel flows through a single channel pipeline: the incoming message is normalized by a channel adapter, processed by LangGraph (product search, negotiation, cart), and the response is formatted and sent back through the same channel.
This means:
- A conversation on Instagram uses the same catalog, the same bargaining rules and the same customer memory as on Telegram.
- Analytics roll up into a single dashboard.
- Connecting a new channel is a toggle in the admin panel.
What you need to connect
For Instagram: a business account linked to a Facebook Page and authorization via the Meta Developer Portal. Setup takes about 10 minutes.
For WhatsApp: a WhatsApp Business API account, available through Meta partner solutions.
For MAX: native integration, configured in the EzguSavdo admin panel.

We keep expanding the channel list. The architecture is built so a new messenger can be plugged in within a day without touching business logic.
