Multichannel: sell on Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp and MAX

EzguSavdo now works beyond Telegram. One AI seller serves customers on Instagram DM, WhatsApp, MAX and your website.

Since launch EzguSavdo only worked inside Telegram. That made sense — Telegram is the top business messenger in Uzbekistan. But customers live everywhere.

Today we are rolling out a multichannel architecture: the same AI seller serves buyers across six channels at once.

What is connected

Telegram Bot — a classic bot via @BotFather with a Mini App storefront, voice messages and controlled negotiation. Live since day one.

Telegram Business — AI replies from your personal account. The buyer chats with a real person while the bot handles the sale. Live since day one.

Instagram — AI sells directly in Direct Messages of your business profile. Connected through Meta Graph API. Customers DM on Instagram, the bot replies like a human manager.

WhatsApp — integration through WhatsApp Business API. The #1 messenger for business communications in Uzbekistan. Launching in the coming weeks.

MAX — Uzbekistan’s growing messenger. Native integration for the local market. Coming soon.

Web Widget — live chat right on your website. Set up in a minute, one line of code.

How it works technically

Every channel flows through a single channel pipeline: the incoming message is normalized by a channel adapter, processed by LangGraph (product search, negotiation, cart), and the response is formatted and sent back through the same channel.

This means:

  • A conversation on Instagram uses the same catalog, the same bargaining rules and the same customer memory as on Telegram.
  • Analytics roll up into a single dashboard.
  • Connecting a new channel is a toggle in the admin panel.

What you need to connect

For Instagram: a business account linked to a Facebook Page and authorization via the Meta Developer Portal. Setup takes about 10 minutes.

For WhatsApp: a WhatsApp Business API account, available through Meta partner solutions.

For MAX: native integration, configured in the EzguSavdo admin panel.

What is next

We keep expanding the channel list. The architecture is built so a new messenger can be plugged in within a day without touching business logic.

If you already have a store on EzguSavdo, head to the admin panel under “Channels”. If not — now is the perfect time to try.
