This release ships voice-message recognition across all channels: Telegram Bot, Telegram Business and the web widget.
The customer sends a voice note — the bot transcribes it and processes it like ordinary text. Uzbek, Russian and English are supported. Round-trip latency: about 2 seconds.
No setup needed — the feature is on by default for every shop.
