How the AI seller works with 1C, Bitrix and YML

For an AI seller to avoid selling out-of-stock items and to always quote the current price, it must be connected to your back-office system. EzguSavdo supports the main exchange channels used in Uzbek and Russian-language e-commerce.

Why integration matters

Without integration you have to update the catalog by hand. With integration, stock, prices and orders sync automatically, and the bot works with live data:

• it does not offer items that are out of stock;
• it quotes a price that matches your back-office;
• it sends completed orders back into your system.

1C via CommerceML

The main way to connect 1C is the CommerceML protocol, the data-exchange standard for 1C systems. It syncs stock, prices and orders. You connect once — after that the exchange runs automatically, with no manual price exports.

1C-Bitrix

For stores on 1C-Bitrix there is two-way exchange: the catalog and stock flow into EzguSavdo, while deal statuses and orders update both ways. The bot becomes another sales channel on top of your Bitrix site.

YML feeds

If you already have a YML feed (the Yandex format often used for marketplaces and price aggregators), you can use it to quickly import your catalog into EzguSavdo. It is a convenient start for anyone already maintaining a feed for other platforms.

Billz and MoySklad

• Billz — a popular cloud POS in Uzbek retail. Stock, prices and products sync via API.
• MoySklad — inventory and trade management with two-way sync of stock and catalog.

These integrations are especially useful for offline stores and chains that already run accounting in a POS or inventory system.

Open API for non-standard systems

If you run a custom or rare ERP, there is an Open API — a universal protocol for custom connectors. The Business plan includes a custom connector for your system and an SLA.

What happens to prices and bargaining

Integration pulls in base prices and stock, but the bargaining rules stay with you. The minimum price and maximum discount are set in the EzguSavdo admin panel and never leave it — neither the customer nor the language model sees them. Even with 1C connected, the bot will not go below your minimum price.

How to connect

Integrations are configured in the app.ezgu.store admin panel. For 1C, Bitrix and inventory systems you set the connection parameters once; a YML feed is added by link. From there EzguSavdo keeps the data up to date, while you manage prices and bargaining rules in one place.
