What EzguSavdo is and who it is for
EzguSavdo is an AI seller for messengers: it chats with customers, handles voice messages, bargains within your rules and takes orders 24/7. Here is how the platform works and which businesses it fits.
What EzguSavdo is
EzguSavdo is an AI seller for messengers. It replaces manual DM chatting: it talks to the customer, searches products by description, recommends items, bargains within your rules, manages the cart and completes the order. It works around the clock, replies in a couple of seconds, and understands Uzbek and Russian — including voice messages.
Technically it is a multi-tenant SaaS platform: one product serves hundreds of stores at once, each with its own catalog, prices and rules. The platform has been in production since May 2026: the first stores are connected and actually selling.
How it differs from a regular chatbot
A regular bot answers with buttons and scripts. EzguSavdo understands natural speech and works like a sales consultant:
- Smart search. Finds a product by description and even with typos, not just by exact name.
- Voice messages. Listens to voice notes and finds products from audio — the Uzbek market lives on voice.
- Recommendations, upsell and cross-sell. Suggests fitting and related items.
- Customer memory. Remembers past purchases and offers relevant items on the next visit.
- Three channels from one platform. Telegram bot, Telegram Business account and a web widget for your site.
The core principle: AI sells but does not decide on money
This is the safeguard that removes the main business fear of AI — “what if it hands out discounts and burns my margin.”
The language model runs the conversation and wraps the decision in natural speech, but it never makes pricing decisions. Prices and discounts are computed by a separate deterministic pricing engine, following the rules the store sets in the admin panel. Recommendations go through a separate scoring engine. The minimum price and maximum discount never enter the model’s context — they cannot be talked down.
The result: the bot bargains within your rules and never goes below your minimum price, even at 3 a.m.
Who EzguSavdo is for
| Segment | Pain | What EzguSavdo delivers |
|---|---|---|
| Solo entrepreneur | Stuck in chat 24/7, a manager costs more than the margin | A virtual seller for “the price of a coffee a day” |
| Sales team (3–10 people) | Everyone bargains differently, drowning in routine FAQs | Unified bargaining rules + handover of hot leads to humans |
| Chains and enterprise | 1C sits apart from Telegram, a zoo of systems | Multi-tenancy, 1C/Bitrix integrations, audit logs |
| Social programs | No capital, know-how or time | A free AI store in Telegram in 5 minutes |
The platform is tuned for verticals: electronics, computers, cosmetics, perfume, kids’ goods, Apple resale, flowers, handmade goods and a general scenario.
How fast you can launch
Launch takes about 5 minutes: register through Telegram → upload your catalog from Excel, CSV, text or a photo → the bot takes orders. No programmers, designers or rent needed. The first 14 days of the Pro plan are free with no card required; after that a forever-free plan is available.
