How dialogs are counted on a plan

What counts as one dialog, what happens when the limit is exceeded, and how to estimate your volume in advance.

The billing unit is a completed customer dialog, not each message sent. That is deliberate: charging per reply would penalise a thorough consultation.

What counts as one dialog

One conversation between a customer and the bot within the billing period, regardless of how many messages it contains. Follow-up questions, voice notes, alternative suggestions and bargaining inside that conversation are not counted separately.

Estimating your volume

Look at how many enquiries you get per day across all chats and multiply by 30. Count enquiries, not messages: ten replies with one person is one dialog.

A rough guide: a store with 30–50 enquiries a day usually fits Pro. Plans and limits are on the Pricing page.

If the limit is exceeded

The bot does not switch off and does not stop answering customers. Extra dialogs are billed at a soft rate, or you move to a higher plan — which is cheaper depends on how far over you are.

This matters: cutting sales off mid-month would cost more than any overage, so the system does not behave that way.

What does not affect the bill

Voice messages, the Mini App storefront, the number of channels and language switching are all billed as part of a normal dialog.
