What the panel shows
What you can see about conversations, products and orders, and which questions that data answers.
Analytics in the panel answers three practical questions: how many enquiries arrived, what customers were looking for, and how much of it turned into orders.
Conversations
Volume by channel and by hour. This surfaces what is normally hidden: the share of evening and night messages. For most stores it is a quarter to a third of all enquiries — exactly the ones that used to be lost.
Products
Which items get asked about most. Worth comparing with what you consider your core range: the gap between “what we promote” and “what people ask for” usually explains a failing ad campaign.
Orders
How many conversations reached an order. That is the metric to judge the channel by — not the number of replies.
What each plan includes
Basic analytics is on every plan, extended on Pro, export on Business. The per-plan comparison is on the Pricing page.
Demand, separately
The most valuable report is not about what sold but about what you did not have. It is covered in Demand analytics.
