Terms of Service for the EzguSavdo Connector app for Shopify
How the Shopify App Store app works
history_edu Edition of 29 August 2026. In force from the moment of publication on ezgusavdo.uz.
These Terms govern use of the EzguSavdo Connector app (the App), listed in the Shopify App Store. Installing the App into a Shopify store constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
How the App processes data is described in a separate Privacy Policy for the app. Use of the EzguSavdo service itself is governed by the Public Offer.
The Russian edition of this document is the legally binding one. It is published at ezgusavdo.uz/ru/legal/connector-terms.
1. Parties
1.1. The Rights holder is EZGUPRO LLC, tax ID (INN) 313189635, Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent. Full details are in section 10.
1.2. The User is the person who has installed the App into their Shopify store and is entitled to administer that store.
1.3. The Store is the User’s Shopify store instance, identified by a domain of the form your-store.myshopify.com.
1.4. The Service is the EzguSavdo platform, available at app.ezgu.store.
1.5. Shopify Inc. is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the operation of the App.
2. Subject matter
2.1. The App transfers the product catalog, prices and inventory from the Store into the User’s store inside the Service, so that those products can be sold in the EzguSavdo chat channels.
2.2. The App operates on Store data read-only. The App does not create, modify or delete products, orders, customers or any other object in the Store.
2.3. The App requests three access scopes: read_products, read_inventory, read_locations. Scopes for orders, customers, checkout and payments are not requested.
3. Conditions of use
3.1. A valid EzguSavdo account is required for the App to work. The App neither replaces one nor creates one automatically.
3.2. Connecting takes one click. On the App page in the Shopify admin the User presses “Connect to EzguSavdo”, signs in to the Service, sees which two stores will be linked, and confirms. The Store and its domain are determined automatically from the Shopify session token: the User enters no domain and no access token. A one-time code remains available as a fallback for browsers that block navigation out of the Shopify frame.
3.3. One store in the Service may be linked to one Store at a time. To change the linked Store, the previous link must be removed first.
3.4. The User confirms that they are entitled to transfer Store data into the Service.
4. Catalog synchronisation
4.1. The catalog in the Service becomes a mirror of the Store. Changes to titles, prices and stock made by hand in the Service are overwritten by the next synchronisation. The App writes nothing back into the Store.
4.2. Each Shopify product variant is imported as a separate catalog item in the Service.
4.3. The stock of an item is the sum of available quantities across the locations selected by the User in the settings. Variants that do not track inventory receive a nominal positive quantity configured by the User.
4.4. Prices are transferred in the Store’s currency. At the User’s option, prices may be converted into soʻm at a rate the User specifies; that rate is set by the User and is not verified by the Rights holder.
4.5. Synchronisation runs: on a button press in the App or in the Service panel, on a schedule at an interval set by the User, and on Shopify webhooks about changes to products and inventory. A full catalog reconciliation runs at least once every 24 hours.
4.6. The App respects Shopify’s request rate limits. When a limit is exceeded, synchronisation slows down and retries rather than failing.
5. Limitations
5.1. The App does not transfer orders, customers, discounts, gift cards, metafields, theme templates or files other than product images from the Store.
5.2. Shopify gift cards are not imported by default: a gift card is a payment instrument, not merchandise.
5.3. Products with the “draft” and “archived” statuses are not imported by default; the User may include them in the settings.
5.4. The App does not guarantee that changes appear instantly: Shopify does not guarantee delivery of every webhook, which is why eventual consistency is provided by the daily full reconciliation.
6. Cost
6.1. The App is provided at no separate charge through Shopify. The App does not use the Shopify Billing API and does not issue invoices through Shopify.
6.2. Use of the Service is charged separately in accordance with the Public Offer and the pricing. The Service has a free plan. Installing the App does not by itself create any payment obligation.
7. Availability and support
7.1. The Rights holder makes reasonable efforts to keep the App running continuously but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance, outages at Shopify and at infrastructure providers may delay synchronisation.
7.2. Support is provided in Russian and Uzbek through the channels listed on the Contacts page. The first-response time is one business day.
7.3. The connection status, the time and outcome of the last synchronisation, the number of products and variants processed, and a list of recent errors are available to the User on the App page in the Shopify admin.
8. Liability
8.1. The App is provided “as is”. The Rights holder is not liable for lost profit, missed orders or indirect losses arising from delayed or incomplete synchronisation.
8.2. The Rights holder is not liable for the accuracy of the data the User maintains in the Store, including incorrect prices and stock levels transferred into the Service unchanged.
8.3. The Rights holder is not liable for the actions of Shopify Inc., including changes to or discontinuation of the Admin API, revocation of access scopes, and deletion of the Store.
8.4. The User is responsible for compliance of the contents of their catalog with the requirements of applicable law.
9. Termination
9.1. The User may remove the App from the Store or break the link on the App page at any time. Synchronisation stops immediately and the access token is deleted.
9.2. Products already imported remain in the User’s store inside the Service and may be deleted by the User in the panel. The deletion procedure is described in the Privacy Policy for the app and in the Data deletion document.
9.3. The Rights holder may suspend operation of the App for an individual Store in the event of a breach of these Terms, use of the App to circumvent Shopify’s restrictions, or a technical threat to the operability of the Service, having notified the User.
