Catalog upload formats
What you can feed the AI: a table, a text price list, a photo of a sheet, a YML feed or an exchange with your back office.
The catalog is uploaded in Products → Smart Upload. You do not need to clean the data first — the AI does the parsing.
A table: Excel or CSV
The most predictable option. Column order does not matter: the system works out SKU, name, price, stock and image URL on its own. Total rows and extra sheets can stay — they never become product cards.
A text price list
A list copied from notes or a chat. Fits when the catalog is small and lives in messages rather than in a back-office system.
A photo of a price list
A shot of a printed sheet or a screenshot of a table. The AI reads the image and turns the lines into items. Quality depends on legibility: shoot straight and avoid glare.
A YML feed
If you already have a feed for Yandex, it works as a catalog source with no extra work. See the Open API / YML page.
Exchange with your back office
When products live in a POS or ERP, a one-off upload is not the answer: Billz, 1C and MoySklad stay the source of truth and the platform syncs with them.
What happens next
After parsing, the system shows a preview of the cards. Review it before publishing — see Reviewing cards after parsing.
